These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our wedding vendor directory services available at asianweddingmakeup.com (the "Site") and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by White Rabbit Brides LLC, doing business as Asian Wedding Makeup ("we", "us", or "our").
These Terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses our Site or Services ("Users" or "you"). Vendors who create partner accounts and use our vendor portal are also subject to separate Vendor Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.

We operate a wedding vendor directory platform that connects Users with wedding vendors. The Platform curates vendors based on demonstrated experience, skill, and relevance to its intended audience. Vendor inclusion is not based on the vendor’s race, ethnicity, or personal identity.

We are a directory platform, not a wedding vendor. We provide a curated platform that recommends and connects users with independent third-party vendors. We do not provide wedding services such as makeup, photography, catering, or any other wedding-related services ourselves.
Some vendor profiles displayed on the Platform may be unclaimed and prepopulated by us using publicly available information. These profiles are provided for discovery and informational purposes only. We do not represent that such vendors have a relationship with us, have reviewed their profiles, or have agreed to be listed on the Platform.

3.1 Our Recommendations and Limitations

We curate our directory and provide vendor recommendations to help you find wedding professionals. However, we do not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for the performance, quality, or conduct of any vendor. While we aim to feature quality vendors in our directory:

3.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: (a) evaluating vendors before engaging their services; (b) conducting your own due diligence, including checking current references, reviews, licenses, and insurance; (c) negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts directly with vendors; (d) ensuring vendors meet your specific needs and standards; and (e) resolving any disputes with vendors directly.
We strongly encourage you to: meet with vendors in person or virtually, check references, verify credentials and insurance, read contracts carefully, and ensure vendors are the right fit for your wedding before making commitments.

4. Vendor Inquiries and Communications

When you submit an inquiry to a vendor through our platform, we transmit your inquiry information (including your name, email, wedding details, preferences, budget, and message) to that vendor. By submitting an inquiry, you:

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, blog posts, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, design elements, and the compilation and organization of vendor directory information ("Platform Content"), are owned by White Rabbit Brides LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not include Vendor Content submitted by third-party vendors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform Content except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6.2 Vendor Content

Content submitted directly by vendors, including photos, portfolios, descriptions, and other materials ("Vendor Content"), is owned by the respective vendors or their licensors. You may view Vendor Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with planning your wedding or special event, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute such content.

6.3 Unclaimed Vendor Profiles

Some vendor profiles displayed on the Platform have not been claimed by the vendor through our vendor portal ("Unclaimed Profiles").
Verified Checkmark: Profiles that have been claimed by the vendor and are actively managed will display a "Verified" checkmark. Unclaimed Profiles do not display this checkmark.

We do not scrape or include client photos, creative works, or proprietary content from third-party sources without permission. Content displayed on Unclaimed Profiles is either obtained from publicly available sources or provided directly by the vendor.

Unclaimed Profiles are provided for informational and discovery purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of any vendor or their services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information and are not responsible for errors or omissions. We do not represent that vendors with Unclaimed Profiles have a current relationship with us or have recently reviewed their profiles.
User Restrictions:
You may view Unclaimed Profiles for personal, non-commercial use only and may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute such information.
For Vendors:
If you are a vendor with an Unclaimed Profile and wish to claim, update, or request removal of your profile or any content, see Section 7.1.

6.4 User Content and Inquiries

When you submit inquiries or other content through the Services ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the Services, including transmitting your inquiries to vendors and improving our platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Vendor Profile Corrections, Takedown Requests, and Content Claims

7.1 Unclaimed Vendor Profile Corrections and Takedown Requests

We respect the rights and interests of vendors listed on the Platform.
If you are a vendor with an unclaimed profile and wish to:

We may correct information, temporarily disable the profile, or remove the profile from the Platform based on the nature of the request and applicable law.
Submission of a request does not guarantee removal, correction, or modification, and we reserve the right to retain information where permitted by law.

7.2 Photo and Visual Content Claims

We do not intentionally include client photos, portfolio images, or other creative works in unclaimed vendor profiles. Any such content displayed on the Platform is either:

8. Limitation of Liability

While we recommend vendors in our directory, we are not liable for any actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or conduct of any vendor. All vendor services, pricing, availability, quality, and performance are the sole responsibility of the vendors themselves. Our recommendations do not constitute a guarantee. We are not liable for:

8.4 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall White Rabbit Brides LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of vendors or third parties; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless White Rabbit Brides LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You and White Rabbit Brides LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

10.3 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by California law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class action, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. However, if this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, vendors, or our business interests.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the email address provided below. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including vendor websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. Vendor profiles may include links to third-party websites or social media pages, including for vendors who have not claimed their profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party sites.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party websites, services, or resources.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and White Rabbit Brides LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
