We may first provide Vendors with a limited preview of an inquiry that excludes certain contact details. If a Vendor purchases the inquiry or receives it on a complimentary basis, we disclose the full inquiry information to that Vendor.
This disclosure is necessary to provide the core functionality of our Services.
Upon receiving full inquiry information, the Vendor acts as an independent data controller with respect to that information. The Vendor’s use of inquiry data is governed by its own privacy practices, applicable law, and the obligations described in Section 13.1 below and our
Vendor Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for a Vendor’s independent handling of inquiry information after it has been disclosed to the Vendor.
4.2 Service Providers
We share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- IT and Cloud Services: Website hosting, data storage, and technical infrastructure
- Payment Processing: Stripe and other payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers)
